The Gamma Phi Alumni Association consists of eight Officers
as outlined below and in the organization's Constitution.
In addition, the Association includes an uncapped amount of
interested Active and Associate Members. Active and Associate
Members will nominate and elect the following officers on
an annual basis:
- Chairman
- Vice-chairman
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Alumni liaison
- Social chair
- Communications chair
- At-Large chair
In addition, the Officers create Committees to conduct important initiatives to further the mission of the organization as needed.
Responsibilities
All Active and Associate Members of the Gamma Phi Association must be willing and able to contribute to the organization in one of the following ways:
- Financial Contributions/Capital
- Business/Networking Resources
- Intellectual Capital
- Volunteer Time/Leadership
The Gamma Phi Alumni Association will conduct monthly meetings, as well as one annual strategic planning retreat. In addition, the Association will sponsor at least one annual fundraising event to benefit the Active Brotherhood and host at least one annual networking event for junior and senior year members of the Fraternity.
